Order Verification & Processing

  • To ensure accurate dispatch, all orders (especially Cash on Delivery) may undergo a brief verification via phone call or WhatsApp message prior to packaging.

  • Orders are processed and packed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Major Metropolitan Hubs (Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore, Peshawar, Karachi): Delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Regional Cities & Rural Tehsils: Delivered within 4 to 7 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an automated tracking code via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. You can monitor the real-time status of your parcel directly via the courier tracking portal.

Delivery Guidelines

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please ensure the exact invoice amount is available upon arrival of the courier rider to avoid delivery delays. If you are unavailable to receive your package, the courier will make up to two delivery attempts before returning the shipment to us.
